TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Never Famish Kitchen, you acknowledge and agree that submitting an order does not mean the food will be delivered to you and that all orders are for pickup unless a delivery arrangement has been directly confirmed by us in advance. we take orders from Mondays through Thursday, then customer can pick up orders from Saturdays to Sundays. All meals are prepared fresh and must be picked up within 45 minutes of the confirmed pickup time; with remaining full payment. if you fail to pick up your order within that timeframe, Never Famish Kitchen is not responsible for the food’s quality, temperature, or condition, and the order may be resold, discarded, or given to another customer without refund. All sales are final once preparation has begun, and no refunds will be issued for late pickups, incorrect contact information, failure to respond to communication attempts, or change of mind. A half Payment deposite must be made in before order preparation begins, and customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or card provider for properly fulfilled orders; customers must contact Never Famish Kitchen directly to resolve any concerns prior to filing a dispute, and any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be subject to further review and collection efforts. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for reviewing their order for accuracy at the time of pickup. Delivery is only available by prior direct communication and confirmation, and we must be able to successfully reach you using the contact information provided; otherwise, the order will remain a pickup order only. Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies prior to placing an order, and Never Famish Kitchen is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or cross contact. Once food leaves our premises, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility. Please note that seafood and certain specialty items are subject to market pricing, and due to rising supplier and grocery store costs, seafood prices may increase without prior notice; menu items and prices are subject to change at any time. For catering or large orders, a deposit may be required and may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the order. Never Famish Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion while remaining committed to maintaining quality, freshness, and fair pricing. We may photograph food orders for marketing and promotional purposes; however, no personal customer information will be shared publicly without the customer’s consent. Any refund request must be made in person within one (1) hour of pickup and the original food order must be returned for inspection; refunds will only be considered for verified and significant preparation errors or foreign objects that clearly originated during food preparation, and not for issues that cannot be reasonably verified or that may have occurred after the food left our premises
